SC HELP was launched in January 2011 to help responsible South Carolina homeowners who are struggling to make their mortgage payments stay in their homes during hard financial times.
SC HELP is sponsored by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority.
